To get a free box of toothbrushes and toothpaste for your child’s classroom, a valid school name is required; this is for Kindergarten through first-grade teachers. If you are not a teacher, then you can inform your children’s teachers about the signup being open and they can apply for their classroom. Be sure to sign up when the form is open because it’s only open in the Fall each year.
