The Alpha nuggets are solid chunks and close to chicken texture and consistency. Though the taste isn’t quite close. Its not too savory. It has some flavor but not like chicken. Alpha nuggets are plant based. They contain lots of protein, are low sugar, and offer iron, potassium, and calcium. There’s even some fiber, unlike animal-based meat. The taste is meaty. It reminds me of a Boca burger.
Many enjoy trying new plant based meat products and this one was great. They have lots of different dipping sauces so it was nice to get some nuggets to use with them. They always love a meat free option for chicken nuggets. These taste just like the real thing, the texture is great, nice and crunchy, just how they like them!
