The Pizza Hut BookIt program is an exciting initiative that encourages children to read. The program is open to students from kindergarten through 6th grade. Kids who meet the reading requirements can earn a Reading Award Certificate, which is redeemable for a free, one-topping Personal Pan Pizza® from Pizza Hut.
Teachers can sign up for this program, and there’s also a homeschool option. The enrollment for the program happens in the Spring for the next Fall. Packages including coupons for Free pan pizzas will be mailed in September of this year.
New this year, the program no longer accepts campus-wide enrollments. Teachers are required to enroll their own classes. The updated parent approval process no longer requires parent emails. Parents can use digital certificates in person, over the phone, or online, for carry out, delivery or dine in providing even more ways for them to celebrate their child’s reading accomplishments.
Homeschools can register by a parent who home schools their children who are between 5 and 12 years old. Teachers can enroll their own glass for grades K-6 at a public, private or charter school. Parents with students in grades K-6, can enroll to learn more about the BOOK IT! Program.
